The Rhoer Club
The Rhoer Club was originally founded in 1939 at the 14th International Boule of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority in New York City. Rhoers are high-school-aged young women who participate in many of the activities of the sorority as well as special youth development programs designed by the sorority. These young women show outstanding academic achievement and amazing talent and creativity.
Activities include:
Community Service Projects
College preparation courses and activities
Participation in the sororities regional and national conferences
The Philo Affiliates
The Philo Affiliates of Sigma Gamma Rho consists of women of high caliber, dedication and commitment who share the sorority’s principles of sisterhood and service, who do not have a bachelor’s degree. These women assist the sorority with numerous service-oriented projects, programs and social activities sponsored by their advising chapter.
Women of exceptional character, who are interested in helping develop and support educational and cultural services and, take part in other activities, as well as strengthen Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to improve civic and community conditions are encouraged to contact us.
